Three main bonuses in the Advanced Leadership Bonus are:
LOA1 & LOA2 Bonus:
Receive £25 bonus (up to a maximum £1000) for every Representative recruited within the Sales Leader's first six campaigns, who place an LOA1 and LOA2 order of MOV or higher.
LOA = (Length of Association)
Group Sales Bonus (LLOA 1-18)
Increase your Group Sales every campaign and earn up to £4,000! Achieve Group Sales for each respective LLOA and get rewarded. You also have the opportunity to jump through the bonus amounts quicker.
LLOA = Leadership Length of Association
Incremental Downline Growth Bonus
This element is ongoing and uncapped and offers a fantastic opportunity for all new and established Sales Leaders. For every incremental Sales Leader and Advanced Sales Leader (from the highest volume since Campaign 7 2013) £200 or £400 can be earned respectively.
With Sales Leadership there are 12 titles split over 4 levels - This allows you to progress and be rewarded in smaller steps

Coordinator level represents the starting point of your Advanced Leadership journey.
